Process Used By Ford motor company to Produce and manufacture a vehicle.

Step 1​ - Plastic is Gut To Shape all waste plastic is recycled. One person required 

​

Step 2 - Edges Are sanded smoothe and polished. Two Employees 10 Minutes

​

Step 3 - The Shape is checked for quality and accuracy by a quality inspector. If it fails this processs it is sent back for shaping and smoothing. 

​

Step 4 - The Center Is Drilled so that the clock mechanism fits. One Employee 5 minutes 

​

Step 5 - Numbers Set Accurately on face usting a jit it aligns the numbers precisely. One Employee. 8 minutes.

​

Step 6 - The Quality Inspector Double Checks For Accuracy. At this point at quality if it fails it is sent to the recycle bin.

 

Step 7 - The Mechanism is set and hands are attached and set in position. One Employee 2 Minutes.

 

Step 8 - Battery placed in Vehicle and tested. Same Employee from Step 5. Takes 1 minute.

 

Step 9 - Time Set. One Employee Same employee from previous 2 steps. Takes 1 Minute

Step 10 - Quality Control Checked Rigorously for quality of finish and working order. One Employee 3 Minutes.

Step 11 - Vehicle Ready for Sale.
